The HPI AG was created by a merger between HPI GmbH and ce Global Sourcing AG and 3KV GmbH

- The merger of the HPI GmbH, ce Global Sourcing AG as well as the acquisition of 3KV GmbH and the acquisition of the majority of MRL Mannesmannröhren Logistics GmbH allows us to consolidate a high level of know-how from different industries. Now we are able to offer our customers everything from a single source starting with procurement, short-term inventory management (brokerage) and takeover of the entire procurement process (business processing). The global network produced by this merger is the basis of the comprehensive delivery and supply chain we provide our customers. Through the merger we are able to offer our customers sustainable savings, quality, and pricing potential over the short and long term.
